Electronic Health Records
We recently launched a new Electronic Health Records system that will allow us communicate with you, your pharmacy and your other health care providers more easily and securely. Before your first visit you will receive an email from our Electronic Health Records partner, EZDerm that will invite you to set up a secure online patient account. Within this secure connection you can provide us with your up to date personal health information as well as your preferred pharmacy.
Completing this information at home will reduce the amount of time you spend in the office when checking in. We strongly encourage you to open up your personal account before your appointment.
