Cynthia Cameron, FNP-BC
Cynthia Heilpern Cameron, FNP-BC is an ANCC Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. Cynthia completed her undergraduate studies in Health and Human Services at Vanderbilt University in 2003 and earned her second Bachelor’s in Nursing at Georgetown University in 2005. In 2010 she earned her Master’s in Nursing at Vanderbilt University, where she was awarded the Kathleen S. Nelson Scholarship. At that time she completed her final clinical preceptorship in Dermatology. Cynthia has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in Oncology and Preoperative Testing and has always had a special interest in skin cancer detection and prevention. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, National Rosacea Society and was nominated for the Washington Excellence in Nursing for 2016. Originally from Alabama, Cynthia now lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two dogs.
Kyleen Davis, NP
Kyleen Davis is an ANCC Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over twelve years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University, where she was awarded both the Taylor-Weber Scholarship for excellence in the study of biology and the Dean’s Citation for academic excellence and leadership. She went on to graduate summa cum laude from the University of California, San Francisco, earning a Master of Science in Nursing. Before joining our office, Ms. Davis spent seven years at the Georgetown University Health Center assessing and managing common dermatologic conditions, including acne, rashes, and abnormal mole detection. Ms. Davis also has served as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and co-investigated a clinical research study at the Lombardi Cancer Center. In her spare time, Ms. Davis enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, playing the piano, baking gourmet treats, and participating in her book club.
Victoria Laserna, PA-C
Victoria Laserna, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant in Dermatology. A native of Maryland, she recently returned to the Washington area from Florida, to be closer to family.
Victoria earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Florida International University and completed her Master’s degree at Nova Southeastern University in 2008. She received professional certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed to practice in Maryland and Virginia. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and continues her education by regularly attending dermatology conferences and seminars.
Victoria’s extensive training and experience allow her to diagnose and care for patients of all ages. She is skilled at treating a wide variety of skin conditions including acne, eczema and psoriasis as well as hair and nail conditions. She also is highly trained in the prevention, early detection and treatment of skin cancers.
Victoria is known for her kindness and patience. She believes in offering compassionate care, individualized to the needs of each patient. Victoria is fluent in English and Spanish.
